Learning to Meditate

MEDITATION is the scientific use of the mental faculty to achieve a FOCUSED AWARENESS and INTENTION at the level of Soul.
It is called “scientific” because, when the mental faculty is used in accordance with the natural laws of our Body and Soul, the intended results are always produced.
A regular rhythm in the practice of meditation is a requirement for raising one’s awareness. Our mental, astral and physical bodies develop more easily to a rhythmic activity than to sporadic and occasional efforts.
Alignment Meditations are the best place to start. They are designed to facilitate the alignment of our daily awareness with the boundless awareness of our Soul and Self. Aligning yourself perfectly with your intentions is the key to manifestation.
By being aware of your thoughts, you can indeed master this alignment process. It’s a matter of paying attention to where your thoughts flow, and the feelings those thoughts create within you.
